Evan Almighty

this blog is amost becoming a blog where i review alot of stuff. haha.

ok, Evan Almighty. a 3/5 from me. this turned out bad for me because i was anticipating a hilarious movie after watching the trailer. i guess the trailer was much funnier. this 'sequel' was not as good as Bruce Almighty as that was so much more fun to watch. although both didn't quite make any sense, i still think Bruce Almighty was a better movie.

saving the movie were the terrific grahics, sound effects and some really true phrases. in simple forms, i remembered this part when 'god' told the female something, that's when you pray for something, don't expect it to be ready in parcels; 'god' will instead present them in forms of opportunities. i guess that's something very true and close to the heart. ok, i'm not a christ believer, but at least, i do pray at times to buddha. haha. sincerely of course. so i think, we should grab most opportunities, if not all, when they come, so that we won't have much regrets in life.

also saving the movie from further blushes was the message it was trying to get across the audience. from my point of view, the scriptwriter is trying to tell the people that we should conserve, and stop threatening wildlife. it also showed how humans are so selfish that nothing else in the world matters. talk about saving the earth.

other than that, it was not really a show worth watching. too much seriousness from the comedy audience expect after watching Bruce Almighty. maybe it'll be nice to get the dvd and watch it while slouching at home, trying to spend your time, but it's not worth it watch in the cinema. well, it's just my views anyway. ignore if you think you should catch the movie. haha.

other than that, i guess today was pretty much a bad day. bye.
