sunbathing

trip to sentosa today with clique. in the end, all of us were there - some of us met at the designated time, some came later, and some even later. haha.

just a rough summary of what happened today. met up with fiona, nicholas, Jun Rong and Zi Rong at harbourfront mrt, while the rest basically couldn't make in on time, due to some unspoken reasons. haha. so we slacked at mac, walked around and finally decided to head to sentosa first, where we put down our bags at west siloso, and started playing freesbie and simply slacking. oh yes, they buried me in the sand as well. haha.

soon after (ok, not really soon), andy, janet and sarah came. then, i went to find wilman, my manager, before proceeding back to find the guys and i started my sunbathing plan. haha. nothing much though, just lying down there, allowing the sun to tan my fair body. ever since i graduated from secondary school, i haven't been dark as i haven't been in the sun for basketball training. this time round, i'm determined to get my body well tanned again. haha.

then, shirley came, and finally johnny and madeline. there, a total of 11 of us. the complete clique. haha. they drew some nice pictures on the sand by the cartoonist - Andy Lim. damn, he can really draw. haha. throughout the whole evening starting from 4+, i was just sunbathing and dozing off in the small shelter.

yes, there you see, i was sunbathing from roughly 2pm all the way to 5, 6pm. and that resulted in the bright red skin i have now. painful. but yes, that's part of my plan afterall! haha.

off we went at around 8pm, heading to vivo city for dinner. had Gyu Don at sakae, and some okonomoyaki (amazingly, i can pronounce this without much problems, haha) and anago nigiri. and here, it sums up the whole day.

all in all, today was just a normal day in sentosa with clique. had fun though, especially when i didn't really do anything much there. maybe this is just the simple life i'm looking for all along.

other than that, seriously, today was just another nice outing with friends =D.
