MCR Concert 11 DEC 2007 @ Singapore Expo - Max Pavilion

omfg, i actually bought the tickets to the MCR - The Black Parade Concert Live in singapore 2 days ago. damn, it was f*cking good! sorry for the word, but it was probably the only vocabulary Gerard Way knows!

oh great, it was simply fantastic. people who'd missed out the concert should really start stabbing their chest! i'm happy i didn't miss it, but i regretted a little by not joining the mosh pit. it must be motherf*cking high down there.

They started with "This Is How I Disappear". the music was loud, the vocal was powerful, the drummer was full of energy and both guitarists and the bassist almost ripped their heads off from swinging too hard. imagine having to scream that nicely for the whole 1.5hr concert, Gerard Way was just too good.

This is How I Disappear

they continued with their past hits like I'm Not Okay and Helena, until they finally got all the crowd hyped up with WELCOME TO THE BLACK PARADE! i was just shouting and singing along throughout the song. that was the first song they performed which i really know, haha! man, i almost lost of voice right after the first song!

Welcome To The Black Parade

next followed by songs like House of Wolves, I Don't Love You, Teenagers and Cancer. he shocked the whole crowd after singing the final phrase "cause the hardest part of this is leaving you" in Cancer, and greeted "Good Night Singapore!". some of the people were actually leaving!!!

I Don't Love You

Cancer

haha. just a few clips on their performance that night. Gerard Way came back after a while to finish off with Famous Last Words, which was just great!!! *I see you lying next to me ... With words I thought I'd Never Speak ... Awake, and unafraid ... Asleep ... Or dead!* woohoo!!!

Famous Last Words

i can still picture that day in my head ~

wahahah!!!

i'm so gonna swear that i'll jump into the mosh pit next time they come to singapore. i'm sure they will ... probably 2 years, or 1 year down the road =D.
